"Delivery Issues Persist… Once More"
For the past three years, I've been ordering hampers from Spicers for my team. Unfortunately, the last two years, my deliveries have been incomplete, forcing me to look for hampers from other sources. Spicers pointed fingers at the couriers, but honestly, I felt brushed aside rather than appreciated as a loyal customer. Moving forward, I’ll be getting my hampers from a different place.

"Great selection of gift baskets"
They've got a solid selection of gift baskets. It was a bit tricky to add several delivery addresses at checkout, but I reached out to customer support, and they handled it fast while keeping me in the loop about the delivery. Definitely gonna shop here again.

"Super Supportive Service"
I've shopped with this company a bunch of times. They offer a solid selection of hampers for all sorts of events. This time, I goofed up the delivery address, thinking I could pick it up like with click & collect. Even though it was delivered right, the recipient couldn't grab it since they didn't have the right info or bar code. Spicers were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue for me and kept me updated throughout the process. They even arranged for the hamper to be picked up and sent again at no extra charge.

Spicers really shine when it comes to gifts and their service. Each year, we get hampers for the family and Santa-themed ones for the kids; they absolutely adore them and it kicks off their Christmas in a super festive way. Outstanding support from the team. When an issue arose with the delivery guy leaving packages out in the rain, Spicer's quickly dispatched a replacement order. Plus, they generously gave all the intact food to our nearby food bank. That’s really commendable. Big thanks to Kevin at Spicer's!

"Holiday Gift Baskets"
I've been purchasing baskets from Spicers for three years and the service has always been top-notch.
The hampers are a fantastic deal, especially with the early bird discount - the website is a breeze to use and they always hit the delivery date.
We hand these out to our staff, and they really appreciate the mix and quality of the goodies.
Whenever I've had to chat with them, the team has been courteous and professional.

I really adore this business! This is the second letterbox hamper I've sent, and the recipients are just thrilled with them. I did run into a little issue with the wording on the card, but I called customer service, and they sorted it out without a hitch. I highly recommend them!

"Christmas Order Disappointment: Paid in October, Still Waiting"
I made an order back in October for some Christmas hampers meant for our office crew, scheduled to arrive the week of December 6th. Come December 11th, I received a message saying that only half of my order had been processed. I've sent multiple emails and made calls, but they keep giving me excuses about address issues, which is just not the case. Now, with Christmas right around the corner, we're still missing half of our order, even though they took my payment in October. I'm really not happy with this situation and won't be using their services again.
